Return & Refund Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted only for products that are unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Requests for returns must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- Items that show signs of use, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Sarees or kurtis that have been worn, washed, or altered (e.g., blouse stitching, fall/pico done) are not eligible for return.
- Products purchased during clearance sales or special promotions may not be eligible for return unless received damaged or defective.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, you must notify customer support within 48 hours of delivery.
- Clear photos or videos of the issue are required for verification.
- After approval, a replacement or refund will be processed.
4. Return Process

- Once the return request is approved, instructions for return shipping will be provided.
- The product must be securely packed to avoid damage during transit.
5. Return Shipping
- Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error from our side.
6. Refund Process
- Refunds will be initiated only after the returned product is received and inspected.
- If approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method.
- It may take 7–14 business days for the refunded amount to reflect, depending on your payment provider.
7. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- If the requested item is not available, a refund will be issued.
- Only eligible items meeting return conditions can be exchanged.
8. Important Notes
- Slight variations in color may occur due to lighting and screen differences and are not considered defects.
- Ensure correct size and product selection before placing the order.
