Return & Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted only for products that are unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Requests for returns must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items that show signs of use, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Sarees or kurtis that have been worn, washed, or altered (e.g., blouse stitching, fall/pico done) are not eligible for return.
  • Products purchased during clearance sales or special promotions may not be eligible for return unless received damaged or defective.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, you must notify customer support within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Clear photos or videos of the issue are required for verification.
  • After approval, a replacement or refund will be processed.

4. Return Process

  • Once the return request is approved, instructions for return shipping will be provided.
  • The product must be securely packed to avoid damage during transit.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error from our side.

6. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be initiated only after the returned product is received and inspected.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method.
  • It may take 7–14 business days for the refunded amount to reflect, depending on your payment provider.

7. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If the requested item is not available, a refund will be issued.
  • Only eligible items meeting return conditions can be exchanged.

8. Important Notes

  • Slight variations in color may occur due to lighting and screen differences and are not considered defects.
  • Ensure correct size and product selection before placing the order.
